
Maal Jama Karna aur Waada na Nibhana
Jo shakhs Allah ke liye duniya se alag ho gaya ho, aur uske paas family (ahl-o-iyal) ki zimmedari na ho, ya family hi na ho, aur usne Allah se waada kiya ho ke wo apne paas duniya ka Maal (paisa) nahi rakhega, to uspar lazim hai ke wo apne waade ke mutabiq paisa bacha kar na rakhe. Agar rakhega, to wo waada todne wala hoga aur saza ka haqdaar banega.
Zyada Paisa Gunaah ki Taraf Jaane ki Surat
Agar kisi shakhs ko maloom ho ke zarurat se zyada paisa usko gunaah ki taraf kheenchta hai ya wo us paisay ko bekaar ya haram kaam mein lagata hai, to uspar farz hai ke gunaah se bache. Aur agar uski aadat yeh ho ke zarurat se zyada paisa apne paas nahi rakhta, to usay chaahiye ke jitna paisa zarurat se zyada hai, usey nek kaamon mein kharch kar de — jaise kisi ki madad karna, sadqa dena, ya Allah ke raste mein lagana.
Zarurat ke Paise Bacha Kar Rakhna Kab Jaayaz Hai
Jo bahut kam sabr wala ho, ke ek waqt ka bhookha rehna bhi uske liye mushkil ho — matlab agar wo bhook lagne par dil mein bhi shikayat kare (chahe zabaan se na kare), ya haram tareeqe se paisa kamane lag jaaye (chori ya bheek mangna), to uske liye jaayaz hai ke zarurat ke hisaab se kuch paisa bacha kar rakhe.
Roz Baale Mazdoor/Salary Wale ke Liye Paisa Rakhne ka Hukum
Agar koi mazdoor hai jo roz kama kar roz khata hai, to usko bas ek din ke liye kaafi paisa rakha hona chaahiye.
Agar koi salary par kaam karta hai ya ghar–dukan kiraye par chalata hai, to usko ek mahine ke liye zarurat bhar paisa rakhna chaahiye.
Agar koi zameen daar hai jise 6 mahine ya ek saal mein fasal se aamdani hoti hai, to usey 6 mahine ya saal bhar ke liye zaruri paisa rakhna chaahiye.
Bande ke liye apna zarurat bhar paisa (means jeene ke liye jitna chahiye) rakhna hamesha lazim hai.
Paisa Na Rakhne se Dil ki Bechaini aur Ibadat Par Asar
Agar paisa na rakhne se kisi ka dil bechain ho jaaye aur ibadat ya Allah ka zikr karne mein rukawat aati ho, to thoda paisa bacha lena behtar hai.
Aur agar paisa rakhne se uska dil uljha rahe, ya usay paisay ki hifazat ki fikr lagi rahe, to paisa na rakhna afzal (better) hai — kyunki asal maqsad to Allah ke zikr ke liye dil ko aaraam dena hai, aur jo cheez Allah ke zikr mein rukawat bane, wo mana hai.
Jo log apne dil ko mutma’in (sukoon mein) rakhte hain — matlab paisa ho ya na ho, farq nahi padta — wo chahein to apna extra paisa sadqa kar dein, ya chahein to apne paas rakh lein.
Family Walon ko Bhook–Pyaas Par Majboor Karna Haram
Agar koi family wala (bache–wali shakhs) hai, to apne khud ke maamle mein to wo azaad hai, lekin apni family ko majboor nahi kar sakta ke wo duniya se alag ho jaayein aur bhook–pyaas bardasht karein. Apni jaan ko to aazma sakta hai, lekin bacho ko bhookha rakhna haram hai.
Sajawat ke liye zarurat se zyada paisa kamana jaayaz hai
Zaibo aaraish (sajawat) ke liye zarurat se zyada paisa kamana jaayaz hai. Jaise ke Hazrat Sayyiduna Imam Isa bin Muhammad Kar Shahri Hanafi rahmatullah alaih ki kitaab “Al-Mubtaga” mein aata hai:
“Zeeb-o-aaraish (sajawat) aur khushhaali ke liye jo kamai ki jaaye, wo mubah yaani jaayaz hai. Hatta ke imaaratein banwana, deewaron par naqsh-o-nigar karwana aur laundiyon ya ghulam ki kharid (yeh ab nahi paaye jaate), yeh sab mubah hai.”
Aur is par Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ka farmaan bhi hai:
“Achha maal nek aadmi ke liye achha hai.”(Refrence: Al-Fatawa al-Bazzaziya ma’al Fatawa al-Hindiyya, Kitab-uz-Zakat, Jild 3, Safha 85)
Logon par Fakhr aur Badaayi jatane ke liye Paisa kamana
Takabbur (ghamand), logon par fakhr aur badaayi jatane ke liye paisa kamana haraam hai. Jaise ke Shahanshah-e-Khush Khisal, Paikar-e-Husn-o-Jamal, Dafay-e-Ranj-o-Malaal, Saahib-e-Jood-o-Nawaal (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ka farmaan hai:
“Jo shakhs takabbur aur badaayi jatane ke liye maal-o-daulat hasil karta hai, wo Allah Ta’ala se is haalat mein milega ke Allah us par gusse mein hoga.”(Refrence: Shuab-ul-Iman lil-Bayhaqi, Bab fi az-Zubd wa Qasr al-Amal, Hadith: 10375, Jild 7, Safha 298)
Saara Paisa Allah ke Raaste Mein Dena Kab Jaayaz Hai
Is liye, apna saara paisa Allah ke raaste mein dena sirf us shakhs ke liye jaayaz hai jiske sab bachche sabr waale aur Allah par bharosa rakhne waale (mutawakkil) hon.
Aane baale saalon ke liye Maal(Paisa) bachana
Aane baale saalon ke liye Maal bacha kar rakhna taake zarurat ke waqt kaam aaye, yeh jaayaz hai kyunki Hadis Shareef mein aaya hai ke Imamus-Sabireen, Sayyidus-Shakireen, Sultanul-Mutawakkileen (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) apne ghar walon ke liye ek saal tak ki khuraak bacha kar rakhte the.(Reference: Al-Fatawa al-Bazzaziya ma’al Fatawa al-Hindiyya, Kitab-uz-Zakat, Jild 3, Safha 85)
Qur’an Mein Maal Ko “Khair” Kehne Ka Bayan
Maal ya daulat agar Shariyat ke mutabiq ho aur uska istemaal bhi ache kaamon (khair ke kaamon) mein ho, to ismein koi burai nahi hai. Balki Allah Ta’ala ne Qur’an e Paak mein maal ko “khair” kaha hai.
Qur’an ki Ayat:
إِنْ تَرَكَ خَيْرًا ۚ إِلْوَصِيَّةُ
Tarjama-e-Kanzul Imaan: “Agar kuch (maal chhode) to wasiyyat kar jaaye.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah: 180)
Taqwa Ke Saath Maaldaari Ka Jaayaz Hona
Yahi maal hai jiske zariye Allah Ta’ala apne bandon mein se jis par chahe ehsaan karta hai. Agar taqwa (parhezgari) ke saath maaldaari bhi ho, to ismein koi harj nahi. Kyunki riwayat mein aata hai ke Nabi-e-Akram (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ne farmaya:
Hadith: “Laa ba’sa bil ghinaa limanit taqaa”
Yani “Jo shakhs Allah se darta ho (muttaqi ho), uske maaldaari mein koi harj nahi.”
Ek aur riwayat mein aata hai ke ek dafa Rasoolullah (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) sahaba-e-kiraam ke darmiyan tashreef farma the, aur us waqt ka manzar kuch yun tha jaise subah ka ujala andhere ko mita deta hai. Aap (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ki ziarat ne unke bechain dilon ko itminan de diya aur mehfil ka rang badal gaya.
Aap (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ke sar-e-mubarak par paani ke qatre moti ki tarah chamak rahe the, jo aap ke husn mein aur bhi izafa kar rahe the. Sahaba-e-Kiraam ne arz ki:
“Ya Rasoolallah (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) Aap ko aaj bahut khush dekh rahe hain, Allah Ta’ala aapko hamesha khush rakhe, aur kisi gham ki lehar aap ke paas na aaye, kyunki aapki khushi se poori kainaat ki khushi judi hui hai.”
Aap (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ne irshaad farmaya:
“Haaan, main waqai khush hoon.”
Us waqt kisi ne sabab na poocha. Baad mein guftagu ke dauran maaldaari ka zikr hua — ke kya yeh acchi cheez hai ya buri?
Maaldaari Burai Nahi Jab Dil Muttaqi Ho
To Sayyid-e-Alam (Sallallahu Ta’ala Alaihi Wa Aalihi Wasallam) ne irshaad farmaya:
“Us shakhs ke liye daulat mein koi harj nahi, jo Allah se darta ho.”
Yani jab ek daulatmand ka dil Allah ke khauf aur taqwa se pur ho, to maaldaari uske liye burai nahi hai.
Muttaqi Shaksh
Muttaqi ka matlab hai wo shakhs jo taqwa ikhtiyar karta hai. Taqwa se muraad hai Allah ki taraf se jo hukum diya gaya hai usey maanna aur uski manaahi se baaz rehna, yani Allah se darna aur uske ahkaam par amal karna.
Muttaqi wo banda hota hai jo apne amal aur niyat mein paak, parhezgaar, aur Allah se darnewala ho. Quran aur Hadith mein muttaqi ko wo shakhs kaha gaya hai jo:
- Allah par imaan rakhta hai
- Namaz paband hota hai
- Apne maal mein se zaruratmandon ko deta hai
- Allah ke ahkaam par amal karta hai
- Ghalat aur haram kaamon se bachta hai
Muttaqi ka dil hamesha Allah ke khauf se bharahua aur uske hukm ka paaband hota hai. Wo apne aamal mein hamesha ehtiyaat karta hai jaise ke ek shaks kaante bhari raah se guzarta hai – puri hifazat aur savdhani ke saath.
Simple alfaaz mein: Muttaqi wo parhezgaar aur Allah se darnewala shakhs hai jo apne aamal aur dil mein hamesha Allah ki raza chahta hai aur gunaah se bachne ki purkashish rakhta hai.
